GOOD
EVALUATION
Good Evaluation believes in the power of evaluation to do good for society. We use Evaluation Science and thinking to develop and improve solutions for the health and well-being of people and society.
Let us explain…
Collaborative Evaluation Design
Stakeholder engagement
We work with you to engage your stakeholders in the evaluation design process in a series of workshops.
Theory of Change
We use a Theory of Change (ToC) approach to help you and your stakeholders to clearly articulate your intervention’s aims and expectations.
Outcomes framework
Using the co-produced ToC, we work with you and your stakeholders to then make sure there is a coherent set of prioritised outcomes linked to your intervention’s activities and outputs.
Key evaluation questions
Based on your prioritised outcomes, we work with you and your stakeholders to formulate the key evaluation questions for your evaluation.
Data requirements
Based on the evaluation questions, we assess what data is required to support the evaluation; whether we can access existing sources of data or may need to collect primary data.
Evaluation design options
We then put together the information from the collaborative workshops and recommend a range of appropriate options for your evaluation.
Training
We can design bespoke training courses in evaluability assessment, theory of change, and other evaluation tools for your organisation.
